Dementia Care
As a result of the growing number of people who need specialist dementia care, a greater emphasis has recently been placed on the expansion of the Trust's provision of this type of accommodation. Such a service requires a skilled and sensitive approach to the care of the individual. The provision of a carefully designed environment together with secure but attractive gardens combines to give residents comfortable surroundings in which to live. Residents are encouraged to establish links with their pasts and relatives are invited to become involved in planning the care and activities of their family member, helping us gain a thorough understanding of the life of the resident.
