The Trust's retirement accommodation offers residents their own living space in a community environment. As part of a village complex, the facilities and activities that are arranged for occupants are conveniently located on their doorsteps. The majority of the accommodation is available for purchase on a long lease, but there is also rented accommodation available at our Cote Lane site in Westbury-on-Trym (for rented accommodation at Westbury Fields/Monica Wills House see Very Sheltered Housing). Mainly one and two bedroom apartments/flats, the accommodation has been specifically designed with the needs of older people in mind and offers comfort and security. Depending on location, outside balconies or patio areas are included within the design and all the apartments/flats are linked to the care and support emergency call system, ensuring that help is on its way whenever it is needed.
